Requirements and Application Details:
 
    Responsibilities:

    Handle full spectrum of C&B functions, including but not limited to payroll operation, pension contributions, incentive programs, tax filing, benefits management, employee attendance & leave management, etc.
    Assist in reviewing HR-related policies and procedures, and ensure all practices are complied with legal and compliance requirements
    Provide efficient and quality services to respond to employees?enquiries
    Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments
    Requirements:

    Degree holder in Business Administration, HR Management and other related disciplines
    Minimum 3 years solid HR experience, especially in compensation & benefits, and preferably in banking industry
    Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements
    Good communication and interpersonal skills
    Proficient in MS Office
    Good command in English and Mandarin is a must
