Requirements and Application Details:
 
    The job:

    Report to the CEO, lead the DCM team to cover all debt related business, ranging from deal sourcing to execution and syndicate the debt as well as credit analysis on the subject issuers
    Responsible for business development
    Placement of debt with institutional investors and the underwriting
    Manage the team and staff training.
    Conducted credit analysis
    Conduct DCM training workshop to Head office colleagues and for some sovereignty clients

    The requirements:
    Strong in execution, at least 15 years in investment bank of which not less than 3 years as Head of DCM
    Holder of good degree in business, preferably with a professional qualifications
    Excellent command of Chinese and English. You must speak Putonghua
    Demonstrated good and successful business records
    Good connection with the investors
