    Oversee and lead the team for the whole office administration functions including office supplies & office equipment maintenance, document filing, mailing & courier management and etc.
    Provide full range of facility management services, including leasing, maintenance, cleaning, security, office renovation and other facilities improvement projects
    Prepare annual budget and monitor monthly expenditures
    Assist in implementing relevant policies and ensure its compliance
    Undertake other ad hoc administration duties as assigned

    University degree
    Minimum 8 years experience as office administration related role in banking or financial institutions
    Experienced in office renovation, relocation and outsourcing is preferably
    Good interpersonal and communication skills
    Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin)
    Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    Immediate available is highly preferred
