Our client, an International Banking Group, is looking for a candidate to fill in the following position:
Requirements and Application Details:

    - Perform standard and complex administrative and secretarial duties to designated teams

    - Manage travel plans (i.e. flight tickets, hotel bookings, restaurant bookings, etc)

    - Assist members of the team with the preparation of proposals, PowerPoint presentations, etc

    - Input travel expense claims into the system and follow-up on travel re-imbursement claims and settlement of cash advances for each member of the team

    - Manage and maintain office correspondence and filing system

    - Liaise with Personal Assistants / Secretaries in the local and other Regional Offices in relation to meeting schedules, workshops and video conferences

    - Arrange client events

    - Manage Leave Planner and maintain and reconcile leave records for members of the team

    - Monitor and manage office supplies procurement

    - Undertake ad-hoc administrative duties and follow-up as assigned


    - Degree Holder

    - Around 10 years Secretarial experience at International Firms or International Banks

    - Mature, professional attitude, energetic, organised and responsible

    - Strong interpersonal skills and can get along with teams

    - Fluent in English and Cantonese

    - Strong in English and Chinese typing
