    Our client is a well established Private Equity Company with HQ in PRC.



    Duties:

    - Perform due diligence process on target and existing investments

    - Provide accounting and financial insights to companies during the assessments

    - Financial review, analysis and research for companies insights and inputs

    - Assist the investment team on research, assessment, negotiation etc

    - Assist to prepare marketing materials and liaision to necessary third parties

    - Pre and Pro research and informationî“?
    - Business travelling when it is necessary

    - Ad Hoc



    Requirements:

    - Degree holder in Accounting, Finance etc

    - CFA qualification is an advantage

    - Minimum 1 - 2 years exp gained in Private Equity, Investment Bank or FA

    - Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

    - Team player and can work under pressure

    - Good knowledge in Words, Powerpoint, Excel

    - Good in English and Chinese Typing

    - Good understanding of various valuation methodologies
