Requirements and Application Details:

    Act as a representive leading and managing the team in pricing recommendations, calls, etc of the bond and DCM syndiate
    Make decisions on pricing recommendations and strategy
    Solicit and maintain existing and potential investor relationships in conjunction with sales
    Reach out to the market for deal pipeline, investor trends, etc.
    Conduct training to the team members on assessing the market as well as issuers and appropriate credit metrics

    Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines, preferably with MBA/ CFA
    Minimum of 10 years banking experience with at least 4 years as managerial role
    Sound knowledge of relevant debt capital markets industry
    Deep understanding of capital markets and fixed income products
    Excellent leadership skills
    Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
    Candidates with less experience will be also considered as Senior Manager
