    ?Develop and implement digital and customer segmentation strategies & tactics
    ?Develop the digital marketing strategic roadmap and multi-channel strategy
    ?Manage all aspects of digital marketing initiatives
    ?Oversee the brand presence across the digital ecosystem and channels
    ?Define and optimize customer value proposition and deliver
    ?Manage marketing and pricing strategies, including customer base mix modeling, planning and forecasting
    ?Formulate and execute digital platforms to enhance customer engagement capabilities
    ?Monitor the progress of e-product and e-services development
    ?Develop online customer journey with enhanced customer experience and satisfaction

    ?Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital or related disciplines.
    ?Minimum 7 years?relevant experience in financial services or digital marketing experience.
    ?Highly familiar with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques
    ?Socially savvy with a creative mindset
    ?Good knowledge is personal financial products and services
