Our client, a major Chinese financial institution, is looking for a high calibre candidate to lead its C&B function.
 
Requirements and Application Details:
 
    Responsibilities

    ?Act as a Subject Matter Expert on C&B policy and administration.
    ?Lead the C&B function in Hong Kong and other global offices, design and implement C&B policies and programs that support the business needs of the company.
    ?Ensure competitive and up-to-date C&B policies and practices, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements.
    ?Evaluate and review the current C&B policies, practices and workflow, recommend and implement enhancements/streamlining as necessary.
    ?Devise solutions for specific issues in business, ensuring alignment with corporate C&B philosophy while addressing the needs of the business.
    ?Work with Business HR to assure quality execution and implementation of C&B related initiatives.
    ?Advising Business HR and functional HR on C&B related issues, regulatory requirements and market practices.
    ?Manage the internal C&B process, including manpower planning, staff cost budgeting and various analysis for management, etc.
    ?Comfortable working occasionally in ambiguous circumstances to forge new ideas.

    Requirements

    ?Degree holder.
    ?Minimum 8 years?experience in full spectrum of C&B policy and operations gained from sizeable and multinational organizations; previous work experience in investment bank/bank a definite advantage.
    ?Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations, as well as good knowledge of HR practices and market trends in financial industry.
    ?Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
    ?Excellent command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
