    Act as a business partner of business leaders and stakeholders, provide HR advisory and talent acquisition services to designated business units.
    Contribute to the HR strategy planning and execution to support business growth and transformation.
    Partner with HR functional teams in providing professional and effective HR solutions.
    Lead and participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
    Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
    Requirements:

    Degree holder.
    10 years?relevant experience gained from the banking/financial industry.
    Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
    Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
    Detail minded and strong business acumen with strategic mindset.
    Candidate with less experience will be considered for Human Resources Manager.
