Remittance Officer in Middle Office to liaise with back office and front office, familiar with FATF SR 7 requirments, AML and FS topics. Salary is maximum 25,000 x 12 months + bonus + benefits.
 
Requirements and Application Details:
 
    Duties:
    - To receive paper instructions, perform call back to clients, ensure correct information and timely scanning of instructions are provided to back office
    - To respond timely and accurately to back office throwbacks/ enquiries, make referrals to RMs, Compliance, etc if necessary
    - To contact clients and/ or RMs to clarify/ resolve irregular transactions
    - To handle enquires from internal counterparts, branches and correspondent banks
    - To perform intra-day and day-end control to ensure no transactions/ throwbacks are unattended at middle office
    - To monitor closely the transaction processing progress at back office, especially the critical/ urgent payments
    - To perform the control and monitoring in compliance with FATF SR7 requirements
    - To contact clients, relationship managers and/ or branches to collect information required for alert
    - To review daily reports and/ or exceptions and take appropriate actions as required
    - Anti-Money Laundering/ Financial Sanctions (¨AML/FS? related duties
    - Operations are an integral part of the control framework including for AML/FS topics, Group Policies and execution relating to analysis and decision
    - Other Ad Hoc relating to Middle Office and Operations

    Requirements:
    - Degree Holder
    - Minimum 5 years and above remittance experience
    - Proficient in English and Cantonese
    - Team player, ability to collaborate
    - Package: Permanent Offer with maximum pay to HKD 25,000 x 12 months + other benefits
    - Good PC skills especially in Word, EXCEL
